Day 8: The Great Wall for a great man

There is a Chinese idiom said: ‘ One who never climb The Great Wall is not a true man’.

After experienced it, climbing up the Badaling Great Wall for about 3 hours, i`m quite tag along with the idiom. No wonder this very big-long and great Great Wall listed on the seventh wonders of the world. You can imagine how billions of bricks being carried up the mountain just to make these defensive wall. Only a true man can do that alone (i mean man and woman here..no exception!)

while writing this post, i can hear firecrackers here and there and past midnight, i`m going to the square to see big fireworks show. For sure, Spring Festival is quite different from what i experienced back in Malaysia.

ps: yesterday, had steamboat. today, some satay. tomorrow?? maybe some rice cakes and dumpling??
