Day 2: Shanghainese on holiday

The best part of travelling is you can` t really believe what you read in Lonely Planet until you experience it yourself.
Spending 1 day in Shanghai; bustling through thousand of Chinese man at the train station and bargaining price in the souvenir market at Yuyuan Garden; i learnt that most of Shanghainese will spend their New Year (they called it ‘Spring Festiva’)l in their hometown.
there are only half of Shanghainese left in the city since half of them already went back to meet their family.
i cant imagine what Shanghai is if all of it people are in town.
on short, work is work, holiday is definitely a holiday!
